Rowen is a rising Senior at Northwood School in Lake Placid, New York. He started ski racing at Whiteface Mountain as a U10 with the New York Ski Education Foundation (NYSEF). This past season he was a first year FIS athlete and his results led him to be named to the U.S. Ski & Snowboard National Development Group (NDG) for the 2021-2022 season.


In addition to a successful first year as a FIS athlete, Rowen's ski resume has numerous podiums. As a U16, Rowen swept the NYSSRA State Championships, and as a first year, U14 Rowen qualified for the Can-Am Men's U14 Championship, one of 7 first-year U14's in the U.S. and Canada to qualify. Rowen missed most of his 2nd year U14 season due to an ankle injury. He resides in Lake Placid and when not skiing, Rowen enjoys lacrosse, archery, and boating.
